Where it all started
The Beginning
I started freediving in 2023 out of curiosity, simply wanting to try something new. But the moment I experienced depth, everything changed. The sensation of going deeper became more than just a physical experience. It became a way to understand myself.
What began as curiosity quickly turned into a pursuit of self-discovery. Freediving became a process of learning control, awareness, and clarity underwater.
Building the Foundation
As I progressed, I realized that improvement in freediving is not random. It requires structure, consistency, and understanding how the body adapts over time.
I focused on technique, equalization, and repeatable performance. Not just reaching depth once, but making it consistent and controlled.

Building technique and consistency

Reaching 70 Meters
Through structured training and progressive depth exposure, I developed a system focused on safety, efficiency, and long-term progression. This approach allowed me to reach a 70m official depth in competition.
But depth itself is not the goal. What matters is the ability to repeat dives with control, stability, and awareness. This is what real progression looks like.
Teaching the Process
Today, I teach freediving using the same structured approach. I focus on technique, equalization, and long-term development instead of just chasing depth.
Freediving is a form of self-discovery. The goal is not to compete with others, but to understand yourself and improve with each dive.
Students from Korea, Japan, and Singapore regularly travel to train here, looking for a more structured and focused approach to depth training.
